Terms and Conditions for Billingham Town Centre’s Back to School Competition

1. This competition is run by Billingham Town Centre.
2. This competition will run from the 3rd January until the 10th January.
3. To enter, participants must follow the instructions in the competition post to enter.
4. The prize is a goody bag for each child in the winning class.
5. There will be 1 winner who will be chosen at random and contacted following the closing date.
6. Entry into the competition is restricted to one entry per person and entries received after the stated date will not be eligible.
7. The prizes will be delivered directly to the winning class at their school.
8. Winners have 24 hours upon receipt of winning message to respond and claim the prize or another winner will be chosen shortly after.
9. The winner has one month to claim the prizes, or another winner will be selected.
10. Billingham Town Centre reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion and prize at any time without prior notice.
11. Employees of the Centre, their immediate families, press, agencies, sponsors and commercial partners or any person directly or indirectly connected to the competition are not eligible to enter the competition.
12. The information provided by the entrants will be used by Billingham Town Centre and their appointed marketing agency Shoppertainment Management Limited to monitor future competition winners.
